Dear Colleagues:

Reflecting on Lexitas’ journey, I am deeply proud of our collective achievements, from building an industry-leading company to providing award-winning services and jobs to over 1300 people, which have not only shaped our industry but also forged our unwavering SPIRITED team.

With a heart full of gratitude for the past ten years and a look towards the future of our organization, I wanted to remind all of you of my transition to Chairman and the promotion of Nishat Mehta to Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2025.

I extend my sincere thanks to each of you for the dedication, innovation, and passion that you bring to work every day. It has been my utmost honor to lead such a talented and committed group of professionals.

As we navigate this transition, I am confident that Nishat’s leadership as CEO will continue to drive our mission forward, building on our legacy of excellence and the best reputation in the industry.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve as your CEO, and for the memories and successes we have accomplished. As Chairman, I look forward to continuing to support and help Nishat, our investors, and the Board to achieve our goals for 2025 and beyond.

On a more personal note, regardless of whatever holidays you celebrate, I challenge each of us to practice a little more kindness and a little more patience this holiday season.
