Cyber Hero Awards

Each quarter we select two recipients to recognize those who have gone above and beyond to help keep the company secure by reporting items that IT Security needed to investigate.

This is the Cyber Heroes program. The winners receive a drink tumbler with the Lexitas and Cyber Heroes logo, plus a $100 gift card.

We encourage all employees to continue reporting suspicious items, like emails or erratic computer activity, to IT.Security@LexitasLegal.com

Sandra Spratt - Court Reporting

Sandra is super hardworking and consistently builds relations with her teammates as well as helping out daily with tasks, guidance, and assists whenever needed.

She has been with the company for over 9 years and has been a dedicated employee. 

Sandra consistently shows her commitment to Teamwork by helping out the team whenever possible.  She has shown she is invaluable to the clients, reporters & videographers, and the Texas team as a whole. 

She goes above and beyond to make sure the calendar is covered, and the clients are well taken care of.  Sandra is very deserving of the SPIRITED Award.

Andrew Kim - Court Reporting

Andy is our in-house videographer and creative specialist here in Chicago. His dedication to his work and his genuine enjoyment in helping others make him an exceptional candidate for this award.

Andy is truly a people pleaser and goes above and beyond to ensure that clients' needs are met. We regularly receive positive feedback from clients who express how much they enjoy working with him. His ability to handle frustrating technical situations calmly and efficiently helps keep clients at ease and gives them confidence that Andy has everything under control.

Andy’s technical savvy and problem-solving skills are well known throughout the City of Chicago. His reputation for excellence is so widespread that attorneys and judges often stop him in courthouse halls to seek his assistance with technical issues.

His contributions are invaluable, and his dedication to helping others embodies the spirit of this recognition.

There have been many occasions where he’s had to quickly find solutions on the fly for unforeseen snafus on some of our larger cases and clients are always commenting on his knowledge and ability to get things done quickly and smoothly. 

Overall, he’s a pleasure to work with and a great asset to our team!

Heidi Donovan - Record Retrieval

Heidi has always shown the utmost class and fully embodies the SPIRITED values. She is always there to lend a hand and answer any questions, even when she may be burdened with her own heavy load for the day.

Heidi works hard at all of her tasks and always seems to go above and beyond when the times are tough. Her warm smiles and calm demeanor each day brings such joy and peace to the office and she’s always the first to say hello. Working with her is a true blessing and our office couldn’t be better off with her as one of the staff.

Heidi should be in the Lexitas dictionary for the picture of an employee who consistently and effortlessly models the Lexitas core values.  She has been this way since her first day in the Washington office and has only exceeded all expectations we have had for her. 

She is kind, professional and courteous to everyone she encounters.  In her position, she deals with other teammates in our location, facilities we request from and Lexitas clients.  She treats them all respectfully and I have personally received feedback from facilities and providers regarding her and what a pleasure she is to deal with.

Heidi possesses a deep understanding of our services and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that client needs are met promptly and effectively. Her ability to handle challenges with grace and professionalism sets a benchmark for our customer service standards.

Beyond her exemplary service to clients, Heidi serves as an excellent role model for her in-office team, remote team, and PEAK team members. Record Retrieval - Toni Arias

I think Toni Arias is a model of our core values. She is always willing to work with the Dallas Office to support business needs and with a great attitude plus all her support with Peak ERD training and coaching to keep the business needs running smoothly. This is all done with a great attitude.

Toni goes above and beyond for the ERD teams. She is always there to provide support for the business unit she manages as well as for other business units that do not fall under her leadership. She jumps in and motivates her team to be the best that they can be.

She shows that she is right with them when things get tough and then celebrates them when they have wins. She shows service excellence by putting the client’s and business unit’s needs first and encouraging her team to do the same.

Toni consistently demonstrates outstanding enthusiasm, teamwork and a positive attitude that inspires those around her.

While communicating with multiple business units and our outsourcing team, Toni recently assisted a team member with their challenges and guided the employee on how to complete their assigned tasks in the ERD department. While providing this aid, Toni continued to follow-up with weekly/monthly metrics and ensuing ERD was hitting their goal.

I believe Toni truly embodies the spirit of Lexitas, and this recognition is well-deserved!

Tiffany Forshey - Registered Agents

Tiffany consistently goes above and beyond and has been tasked with the challenge of cleaning up our operations over the past several months.

Thanks to her tenacity, our team was able to resolve years of backlog in just 4 days after our operations manager left our business unit. Tiffany is not only a valued asset, but her efforts to drive us forward have had a significant impact on profitability and employee morale.

Her leadership has ensured that the team receives the support they need to remain effective with their daily operations and tasks, and that clients and orders are taken care of in a timely manner. She isn’t afraid to jump in and help the team when needed either, which helps ensure our ongoing success.

She is well-deserving of this award.

Sandra Cassalia - Process Service

Ms. Sandra has had to take on a lot more work than usual due to illness of our assistant process manager, who is unfortunately still out of the office. This has been for months now, and Ms. Sandra is handling it with exceptional leadership!

She has also been wonderful in training new hires.

Renee Hornibrook - Legal Talent Outsourcing

Renee has played a pivotal role in overseeing the cleanup of our Bullhorn database, ensuring that our data is accurate, organized, and up to date. This meticulous work has significantly enhanced our operational efficiency. One notable achievement was Renee's work (with her Ops Teammates) to develop a comprehensive data validation process, which reduced errors and improved the reliability of our database.

Additionally, she leads a team effort to archive outdated records, freeing up valuable storage space and streamlining our data management.

In addition to her exceptional work on the database, Renee is instrumental in coordinating with candidates and colleagues. She along with her colleagues in Ops successfully organize onboarding and training sessions for LTO temp hires, ensuring they are well-versed in our procedures.

Renee also is a key player in supporting the recruiting team. She coordinates numerous candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved. Furthermore, her involvement in the onboarding process has been exemplary, providing new hires with the resources and support they need to succeed from day one.

Renee's commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and collaborative SPIRITED attitude has made a profound impact on LTO.

Benito Garcia - Corporate

He’s always helpful and is willing to lend a hand. He was also a pleasure to work with when he helped us set up the San Diego office.
